To say it is such an honor to be featured through NCHPAD (National Center on Health, Physical Activity, & Disability), is truly an understatement.
Last week, on Friday, I had a Zoom interview with Communications Specialist, Will. He was incredibly nice and has been a behind the scenes guy for our latest class, Coffee Club. We meet twice a month to learn about new topics and Will has seen me and knows I’m a regular attender.
He asked a series of questions and really made me feel at ease. Almost as if I was perfectly normal! They then featured me on their blog, and I am a “Participant Spotlight.”
